A high-tech winemaking facility for the vinification of grapes from varieties with a distinct vocation and typical sensory and soil/climate characteristics. The grapes come from the Friuli region.
In this facility, winemaking and sparkling processes are carried out on the basis of the quality, the customer and the batch. This results in a cuvèe with a high-quality profile and predefined patterns for the goals to be achieved using large volumes.
In the Colbertaldo facility, vinification and sparkling winemaking are carried out from grapes selected for individual customers, plots, banks and hillsides in the UNESCO Conegliano – Valdobbiadene and Asolo area. In addition, microvinification and processing of grapes with quality/production certifications are carried out.
Centre for the collection, selection and processing of grape varieties typical of the province of Vicenza.
Facility located in the Montello area. It is dedicated to the vinification of red wine with wine makers and cooperage.
