The company has defined HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) according to the Codex Alimentarius guidelines

It observes the rules of EC regulations, legislative decrees for wine products and in particular the Testo Unico della Vigne e del Vino (consolidated law on vinyards and wine)

It complies with the sustainability specification of the SQNPI standard and applies the voluntary standard FSSC 22000

The company also promotes the training of its employees and collaborators in order to properly manage the environmental risks associated with each activity carried out.

The production cycle monitoring and control methods adopted promote the development and improvement of a food safety and quality culture through the adoption of management systems according to internationally recognised reference schemes and subject to periodic updates and audits on a scheduled basis.
